The R250C reclaimer is a modular mud recycling system that can pair with a variety of directional drills. Its modular design aligns with ISO shipping standards or can be trailer-mounted. With the Vermeer R250C reclaimer, there is less need to transport truckload after truckload of water, less time spent coordinating disposal and delivery and fewer trips to disposal sites. This can help make your operation more efficient by reducing the amount of drilling fluid additives and fresh water required to complete the installation.

The importance of an efficient flow of quality drilling fluid throughout a job cannot be understated. The design of the innovative 45-degree outlet manifold on the R250C reclaimer, combined with the use of the suction breakers, makes separating sand and course silt a much more efficient task. Consistent performance of the individual cones allows for an overall more efficient reduction of solids throughout the process. The cones are able to react efficiently with no undue pressure put on them, and is equipped with industry-leading pumps. This process also does not restrict flow, helping with the issue of backpressure.
