Want to join the team? Here's the process and what to expect to become a Vermeer team member.


After reviewing our current openings and applying to a position that best matches your skillset, your application will be carefully reviewed by a member of our talent acquisition team. We will send you important status updates via email. You can also check the status of your application online by logging back into your profile on our career site.


If your application matches what we’re looking for at the time, our talent acquisition specialists would like to learn more about you! We will call you to discuss your unique skills and work history. We will also answer any questions you may have about the role and life at Vermeer. Your specialist will provide you with their contact information so that you may reach out with questions that arise throughout the process.

Next, you may be invited to the Vermeer campus for an onsite interview. We will inform you of who you will be meeting with and if any skills assessments will be necessary when we schedule your interview.


If you are selected for the role, congratulations! Your talent acquisition specialist will call you to discuss your offer package and next steps.

If the position is offered to someone else, your talent acquisition specialist will reach out to let you know you were not selected for the role. We will provide you with feedback from your interview and potential opportunities in the future. We ask you to provide us with feedback on your experience so we can continue to improve the hiring process.
