Reduce Your Disposal Costs. The R600HC, a drilling fluid mixing and recycling system from Vermeer, has been designed in accordance with International Electrotechnical Commission Explosive (IECEx) guidelines making it suited to the oil and gas industry. The system helps to reduce the amount of water and additives needed to complete a vertical drilling project as well as helping to reduce disposal costs on the worksite.
-
Features industry-exclusive dual self-contained entrance and exit points providing workers access to the working deck.
-
Main system functions and the mix hopper are located on single working level, reducing movement by crew members.
-
A pre-screen separation tank help protect shaker screens from the damage caused by larger material, such as rocks.
-
The use of an optional international marine grade paint helps reduce the corrosive effects of drilling fluids and improves durability.
-
Amber colored work lights illuminate the working deck without the use of an external power source, while attracting fewer insects.
