A Tough Machine Built to Last. The Vermeer T855 COMMANDER Tier III rockwheel is the utility contractors rugged rock-trenching solution. A powerful CAT C9 350 hp (261 kw) Tier III engine powers through rock in some of the toughest applications. The T855 rockwheel drive system utilizes three pumps, two radial piston motors, and a heavy duty gearbox to deliver full engine horsepower directly to the cutter wheel.
Add intelligence with the TEC 2000.2, a microprocessor-based electronic control system that monitors operating conditions to help increase productivity and reduce wear to the machine.
