Water Plow Systems

An innovative solution for increased plow productivity. Faced with hard, compacted soils and wet, sticky soils creating additional friction when plowing with a trencher, the Vermeer water plow blade was designed to deliver water from a fluid tank mounted on the ride-on-trencher unit through a pipe channel that dipenses water at the bottom of the plow blade in its cutting area.

By simply introducing fluid to the bottom of the plow tool, friction is reduced and can help to increase productivity by as much as 60 percent in some work applications. The water plow blade is compatible with a number of the Vermeer ride-on-trencher units including the RT650, RT950, RT1250, V120, and V8550. Additionally, custom blades for other machines can be manufactured by the Vermeer Cutting Edge department.
