Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement
It is the policy of Vermeer Corporation to employ, advance in employment, and otherwise treat all employees and applicants for employment without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, physical or mental handicap, or veteran status.
 
Pursuant to this policy:
 
We will recruit, hire, and promote persons in all job titles without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status. Likewise, should the need arise to reduce the number of employees at Vermeer Corporation, or to re-align employees within the company to meet staffing needs, all displacements will be conducted in a manner that supports the principals of non-discrimination.
