Feature: Cutting Dimensions and 4 Bar Linkage
Benefit: The increased cutting width helps boost productivity by reducing the need to reposition the entire unit.

Benefit: The dependable power plant is backed up by a worldwide dealer network for warranty, parts and service needs. With the horsepower, the SC852 retains a compact footprint for maneuverability and enhanced transportability.

Feature: Four-Wheel Drive with Differential Lock
Benefit: With power and torque transferred to each of the four wheels, the SC852 is able to traverse difficult and uneven ground conditions. With the differential locks disengaged, maneuverability is enhanced. In the difficult ground conditions, the operator can engage the differential locks to maintain pulling power during uneven wheel traction conditions.

Feature: Three Position Swingout Control Station
Benefit: In narrow jobsite conditions which restrict full extension of the control station, the unit can be operated with the control station in the intermediate position.

Feature: Variable Propel Speed
Benefit: Variable speed control gives the operator greater control during operation, transport, and loading/unloading. High Range speed at the swingout control station is 150 fpm (45.7 m/min) for quick maneuverability around the jobsite. Low Range is 100 fpm (30.5 m/min) at the swingout controls and via the creep switch providing slower speeds for better control in confined areas.

Feature: Auxiliary Control Station
Benefit: In narrow jobsite conditions that restrict use of the main control station, the operator can control ground drive and steering functions from an auxiliary control station. This feature allows the operator to follow or lead the unit, through narrow and confined areas.

Feature: Yellow Jacket Cutting System
Benefit: The Yellow Jacket Cutter System is designed to provide faster, easier serviceability, as well as extended pocket and tooth life.

Feature: Chip Blade
Benefit: The chip blade can easily move chips around the jobsite, reducing the need to manually relocate the chips. Blade dimensions and ground clearance are designed for easy access through narrow gates and travel on uneven terrain. The rounded lower edge of the blade is designed to help reduce turf damage.

SC852

Raw Stump-Cutting Power in a Sleek New Package. Powered by a 85 hp (63.3 kW) Cummins engine, the SC852 was designed to give operators stump cutting power with the manueuverability needed for confined spaces. With the ability to fit through a 36 inch gate - the SC852 can make quick work of any stump in its path. The cutter wheel moves away from the machine as the boom drops, increasing the maximum cutting width. The SC852 boasts a cutting height of 31 inches (79 cm) above ground and 25 inches (64 cm) below - the deepest cut in its class.
